If the logo's and headings are static they can be put permanently into place in excel and the queries built to place the data to fit. I have not had a great deal of luck with printing reports to Excel, I usually use the Import Data feature described by Matthew DM which we refer to as "Refreshable spread-sheets), where that won't work, I use the Do Cmd.
